Strawberry Grilled Chicken Salad (Homemade Dressing)

**Recipe is for a two person dinner. Please adjust portions to fit your family size

Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1. Whisk Together

2 Chicken Breasts
1 6oz package Spinach Spring Mix Greens
Shredded Cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar is my preference)
6 large Strawberries
Peanuts (grated)
1. Grill chicken breasts after adding desired seasonings
2. Apply desired amount of greens to plate
3. Sprinkle on desired amount of cheese
4. Cut chicken at angle and lay on top of greens
5. Slice strawberries and place beside salad
6. Drizzle homemade vinaigrette  on top of chicken, salad, and strawberries
7. Grate a few peanuts on top to add some crunch
Viola! Now Enjoy!
